With a focus on joint preparation, fundamental static postures, and fundamental bodyweight exercises, this class utilizes gymnastics rings, paralettes, and the floor along with your own bodyweight to take your strength to a different level! Hollow-body, handstands, and muscle-up progressions are just some of the techniques you will work towards. No need to worry about any of the typical gymnastics injuries - this is NOT a class that will focus on any of the typical aerial or tumbling skills of gymnastics, only the strength component. Come see what makes gymnasts some of the strongest pound for pound athletes on the planet!
