Medical Fitness - Bridging the Gap between Rehabilitation and Fitness

An advanced program offered to former patients, as well as anyone trying to maintain a higher level of health while avoiding future musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or other internal issues; Medical Fitness is much more than a generic exercise program. A multi-focused approach which progresses work capacity (cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance), strength, flexibility/mobility, and other areas in a safe and supervised setting. Medical Fitness adds an element of client accountability which provides a higher level of compliance to a long term exercise program.

Over 20 years’ experience working directly with thousands of clients, ranging from severely injured/dysfunctional to college/olympic/professional athletes and everything in between, allows us to make the program appropriate for anyone. We have not only performed direct training and therapy longer than most in the field, but have also consulted with various organizations, authored articles and book chapters, and presented to multiple audiences.

Our program is performed in our Wixom, Michigan location which offers 3000 square feet of space, along with all the tools to cater the program to each individual client.
